What is eXcape®?

eXcape® is a real life escape room game. We built different rooms where players have to use their skills and collaborate with their teammates to find clues, solve puzzles and escape in 60 minutes.

Why should I join this game?

This is a different experience from classical group activities. You will be able to test your concentration and problem solving skills in a practical and funny way.

How many people can play?

Allowed player number change depending on the room. The best group is 4-6 people.

Is there a minimum age?

Yes. We recommend participation to people aged 14 and over, even though the game takes place without the use of dangerous objects or of physical force.

Are rooms really locked?

Yes, but there is an emergency button to push if needed. Claustrophobic people can play without any problems and leave the room anytime they want.

Is it forbidden to do something?

Yes. Inside our facility it is forbidden to smoke and use electronic devices such as tablets, cell phones or cameras.

Do I need a special outfit?

No, you don’t need specific clothing, however we recommend a comfortable one.

When do I have to get here?

We recommend you arrive at least 10 minutes before booking time to perform some preliminary operations. Please do not delay with respect to the next group.

Do I need to book?

Yes, reservation is required and can be done via this website by clicking on the button BOOK NOW in the box of the desired location.

Once the reservation is made, can I change the number of participants?

Yes, the number of participants may change, even though respecting the minimum and maximum limits planned for the chosen room. Price of the game session will be adjusted to the number of actual participants.

Can I cancel a reservation?

You can cancel a reservation by replying to the validation email you received. We would like the cancellation to take place within 24 hours of the booking date for organizational reasons and to allow other teams to book the room.
